How a Spokane car offer, pickup and payment work
Two routes run through this page. Ours: describe the car on the form or the phone and a person calls back with what we can do, without an instant number. The partner's: follow the buyer's published process, confirm documents and payment, and keep your Washington seller tasks in view.

Our own offer, agreed on the phone
Before the partner's questions there is the shorter route: the sell-it-to-us form or a call to (509) 381-3339. Someone here reads what you sent and rings you back to ask about the car, where it is parked, what is wrong with it, and what the title shows, before any figure is mentioned. A car we can buy gets an offer for the car as you described it, checked when it is collected; a car we cannot buy gets a plain answer and the partner route below. No callback time or figure is printed here, because neither is known in advance.
Request the offer with the facts in front of you
Get an offer for your car in Spokane. Describe its condition and the documents you have. Those are the starting steps for the instant online route on this site, a partner buyer's. That buyer makes the offer and handles the purchase; this site introduces sellers to it and receives compensation when a sale is completed.
The buyer advertises a free quote with no obligation to accept. Have the vehicle identifiers and condition information ready, including whether it starts, whether the wheels are attached and which ownership papers are available. Use the condition guide if the help text gives a more specific answer than your first description.
The offer should be based on the car as it stands. If information is wrong or a part is removed after the offer, tell the buyer. Its published terms say condition discrepancies can affect the price at collection. This page does not promise a minimum value or a purchase for every car.

Check the ownership documents before accepting a date
For a title-based offer, the buyer's current help page requires the physical paper title. If you have only an electronic record or another ownership document, select the appropriate no-title response and ask what it can accept. It may be able to consider another-document route, but there is no blanket acceptance promise.
Washington's affidavit and estate procedures are state transfer rules; the buyer's requirements are a separate check. Resolve the names that must sign, any missing original and any lien before confirming collection. The buyer says outstanding loans and liens must be paid in full before its purchase. Its pickup is not described as a lender-payoff service.
Read the title-problems guide if any of those issues applies. It is better to identify the exact document before an appointment than to assume the carrier can cure a missing signature or an unresolved lender record at the curb.

Agree on an appointment and access
The buyer arranges and pays for pickup. After acceptance, its scheduling guidance describes booking in the account where available; otherwise the carrier contacts the seller, with the published contact expectation of one business day. Contact timing is not a guarantee that the car will be collected within one day.
Confirm the assigned carrier through the transaction account and confirmed messages. Give the car's actual location, including any garage height restriction, narrow entrance or parking level. The carrier must confirm whether its equipment can reach the vehicle. This site does not promise a flatbed for every collection or unrestricted access to every garage.
No separate appraisal visit is required just to request the offer. The buyer may request photos after acceptance, and the car's condition is checked at pickup. A pickup appointment still needs to be arranged; do not confuse the absence of an appraisal visit with collection without an appointment.

Confirm payment before collection
Confirm the payment method before collection. A check is normally handed over after the car is secured and documents are exchanged. Those two sentences describe the buyer's usual attended pickup arrangement; they do not promise that a deposit is immediately available to spend.
The buyer's separate check instructions explain that payment activation and bank processing are distinct. Use the instructions supplied for the actual check and verify through the confirmed buyer or bank contact when something is unclear. Do not assume a bank balance display, an unverified caller or a picture of a check settles the question.
The buyer states that some payments it issues use activation after pickup confirmation and that a bank's deposit hold is separate. Confirm the method that applies to your transaction in advance. If the amount or payee differs from the agreement, raise it with the transaction contact instead of treating the discrepancy as normal.

Unattended pickup, mailed checks and ACH
If you will not be present, arrange the documents, keys and payment with the carrier or buyer support before collection. The published help page gives a mailed-check delivery estimate of 7-10 business days after pickup is confirmed. For an ACH option that has been selected, it says processing typically takes 1-3 business days after confirmation.
Those are different payment routes, not interchangeable promises of cash at the driveway. Do not arrange unattended pickup on the assumption that the check will be handed to someone who has not been authorized to receive it, or that every transaction can select ACH. Confirm the available arrangement and the destination details through the actual transaction contact.
Your Washington tasks remain yours to confirm
Remove your license plates before the car leaves, as DOL requires. Retain your sale records and use the Washington Report of Sale page for the separate seller filing. A driver collecting the car does not, by that act alone, complete the state record.
Review the after-sale checklist for insurance, account changes and a later notice. Keep the transaction and payment confirmation outside the vehicle. A referred sale that completes pays this site a referral fee from that buyer; a car we buy ourselves is a separate transaction, agreed on the phone. Neither turns this guide into a government filing service.

Questions before you continue
Is the collection appointment the same as an appraisal visit?
No. An offer does not require a separate appraisal visit, but pickup must be scheduled and condition may be checked through photos and at collection.
Will I always get a check in person?
A check is the normal attended-pickup arrangement. Confirm the actual method; unattended collection, mailed checks and selected ACH arrangements have separate terms and timing.
Does this site buy my vehicle?
The vehicle buyer makes the offer and handles the purchase. This site receives a referral fee when a sale completes.
